This project will help me engage with our students even more. These items will effectively allow all students a chance to earn a reward. Especially, if they are usually overlooked for whatever the reason. This project can help our students with confidence and acknowledgement for their hard work. The students, who may be shy, upset, or just need a calm down area can come to my office. Also, I can walk around with the reusable write and wipe pockets and dry erase markers. The sensory items can be a reward for those students who have a hard time while at school. The main goal is to help the teachers with behavioral management in the school and to put a smile on the students' face. The dry erase boards will be use for instructions on how to obtain the reward and for motivational purposes. The bean bag learning center is also an option for the lower grades or students that may struggle with certain subjects.
