My students are an excited, happy group of kindergarteners who love exploring. They love exploring books by themselves, with a Reading Buddy (one of our stuffed animal friends), with an adult, and with a fellow student! They love exploring math tools during Math Centers and Math Talks. They love exploring technology by helping Miss Jamie her teacher computer and our projection system. Unfortunately, many of my students do not have access to many books or technology at home. My students come predominately from low income homes with non-English speaking parents, some of whom are illiterate. Access is crucial, and that is what I am looking to provide for them.
