Welcome to my page. I teach middle school Physical Education and Health. Our school is located in the great Portland area. We are one of few 7th and 8th grade only middle schools around. We have been close to having 1000 students here in our building. Our focus is to give all students an opportunity to become healthy and fit through exercise and a knowledge of basic health principles. We focus on increasing our Moderate to Vigorous exercise time. We also believe in fun. We play many games that help our students have fun and get moving. Thank all of you who are willing to help us keep this work up.
