Thank you so much for taking an interest in our youth! We hope that you will support this years PE Students in running their first (and hopefully not last) 5k! At Diggs-Latham we support amazing youth from Pre-k to 5th Grade. This year we have twelve students that have chosen to have extra PE time during the school day. They are using this time to become healthier! Our goal is to train and complete a 5k in the Spring. We want to chose a 5k that supports the community such as Hospice or Habitat for Humanity. By training and completing a 5k it gives our students an amazing chance to learn of goal setting, self discipline, effort, hard work and achievement!
