I have a wonderful group of gifted and talented primary students, who are excited to come to the gifted center each week! My students are always ready to tackle a new task or thrive on challenges! I am constantly searching for new ways to engage my students in creative problem solving and innovation. I encourage students to collaborate and communicate for better understanding. My students love to learn and love technology! I see students once a week for five hours in a small group. My students come from many different backgrounds. They get excited about new challenges and thrive when they are given choices, and the projects are relevant to their lives. I love providing them with rich, hands-on experiences that both challenge them and complement their strengths and passions. A set of Ozobot robots would engage my students and allow them to explore computer science through hands-on coding experiences. An Osmo and mini iPad would also allow my students hands-on learning experiences.
