We need whiteboards to keep us engaged in our math lessons. It will allow me to quickly and easily spot-check work, and it allows for students to "do" the work without using excess paper. Whiteboards are a fun way to keep students focused and working. We will also use them to allow students a way to respond to reading. It's a great way for them to make connections to what they read or hear and "save" their connections for an appropriate time that allows sharing. I love that they can be used in any subject area to support student engagement and learning.
