My students are from many countries and their levels of learning and understanding are varied. They are energetic and excited about learning. Most come from low income families and rely on the school and classroom to supply their needs. Our school is big and very diversified. My students love doing hands on projects. They have learned to document these projects by taking pictures and displaying them about the room. They also use these pictures to create personal portfolios to share with their families and document their work.
