We call our students Leaders. Our school's motto is "Every Leader Matters" and we do everything it takes to make sure all children learn. My students come into the room knowing they are loved, cared for, and will get the best education I can provide for them. They get a voice and choice in their learning, which makes them work even harder and try their very best because they had a say in what they are learning. My students set goals for themselves and try each quarter to achieve them. They make me a better teacher because I see the passion in them and I don't want to disappoint them or take away their love for learning. When you walk into my room you know it is a safe, caring, and loving environment. Everyone is able to share and fail without worrying about what others think. We motivate and encourage in my classroom and help each other when it is needed.
