These materials will help my students practice real-life, hands-on math skills and learn invaluable life skills. Students will practice working with measurements and fractions, problem-solving, creative planning and group work, and seeing the benefits of how learning to cook can benefit them financially as well as the benefits of eating healthy foods. I am so excited to teach students about the process of setting a grocery budget, planning a grocery trip, choosing ingredients, kitchen safety, and cooking basics to help develop a love of cooking that will last a lifetime!
