My students are eager, excited, inquisitive kindergartners with a thirst for hands-on learning. In my class, I have 24 students with an array of abilities. I have two students with developmental delays, two SEI students who moved here from China this year, four students who are receiving speech services, one gifted student, four students on behavior plans, and a mixture of the students in between who have an incredible variance of strengths. Due to my children's wide range of needs, hands-on learning is the best way to get everyone involved and engaged! Our school is in the midst of a wonderful neighborhood surrounded by horse properties. We get a large portion of students bused in from out of boundaries areas due to our open enrollment. Our school is focused on finding strengths, positive reinforcement, and working as a team.
