Research shows that the use of iPads in speech and language therapy sessions help students achieve their goals by providing educational and motivational needs. It also increases productivity in the sessions. With the appropriate apps students are engaged and interested in instruction. Also, with iPads providers can maintain clear organization and data tracking, which is necessary to implement for goal mastering. My students will have better access to materials that can address specific needs. They will also have access to motivational apps that will benefit in their goal attainment. They will also have access to a connection to the 21st century and being that we are in a STEAM school, they’ll have knowledge of high tech items.

About my class
