As part of our school's S.E.L. program, The Guidance counselor, Art teacher and I are meeting with students online twice a week combining mindfulness breathing techniques, yoga and art to help students cope with the added stress and anxiety they may be experiencing at this time away from their normal classroom environment as well as each other. Providing them with yoga mats to use at home while practicing together online will help to create a unique bonding experience during this time of remote learning. Socially Distant and yet Emotionally Connected!

About my class
