These tools will support my students with sensory needs - whether they are over-stimulated, under-stimulated, nervous, anxious, etc. I want my students to feel comfortable at school. I want to teach them the necessary tools to help support them when they are interacting with their peers whether that is a weighted blanket, wobble seat, fidget, thera puddy, etc. I want to be able to expose my students to different types of sensory tools - that is why I have included a variety of tools - water beads, sand, weighted lap dogs, puddy, fidgets, etc. Before the learning occurs, we need to consider the sensory needs of each student. Who wouldn't want to be comfortable while learning.
