I teach a diverse group of special education learners ranging from kinder to second grade. Due to COVID, many students were placed at a disadvantage as they did not have the full experience of the in-person classroom to help them reach their typical grade-level goals. With brand new iPad these students will have access to a variety of technology tools and services that can help them practice skills they, unfortunately, missed out on from not having access to the resource classroom last year. They will be able to build skills and make progress with their personalized goals in a differentiated way. These iPads will be a way for these students to make further gains in their learning and access a variety of content standards in a fun and exciting way.

About my class
