My goal is to provide girls who come from difficult home situations an opportunity to discover who they are and that they can make a difference in their own lives and their communities. We will meet at least two times a week to read and discuss chapter books from the American Girls collection. We will complete activities that tie into the themes of family, relationships, leadership, individualism, courage, self-confidence, and self-reliance. The Beforever Girls Club will encourage creativity, inventiveness and innovation. The girls will learn through crafts, cooking, and community outreach activities. They will write letters to members of our community such as soldiers. We will also participate in community outreach activities such as collecting food for those in need and participating in kindness activities throughout the school.
