My sixth grade students are excelling because of their ability to utilize technology in class and at home every day. Because of their access to laptops daily, I have seen an increase in test scores and an increased passion for learning, especially when studying ancient civilizations. My students come to class every day excited to learn about the pyramids of ancient Egypt, the mythological gods and goddesses of Greece and the powerful rulers of ancient Rome. It is rewarding to see their passion for learning and their desire to uncover the clues of the past.
