The students in my class are eager learners and interested in hands on learning in our classroom centers. We learn through play. Our school is located in a high needs urban community with many challenges, such as lack of materials and programs for our students. It is a Title One school with most students receiving free lunch. Many students live in homeless shelters and it is difficult for families to find the time and resources to be more involved.
