My students are incredible! They simply devour the information that is supplied to them on a daily basis. As I read, they are eager to read too. The wonderful thing is that they are learning. We are a brand new school. It's a wonderful opportunity to set our students' path straight. But, a new school has its challenges such as budgets. While we have been supplied with the basics, I want to expand our Guided Reading Library. This will allow ALL of my students to learn at their pace and on their individual levels, ensuring that every single one of my students is successful at reading. As a Kindergarten teacher, I want them to remain hungry for learning, and get the nourishment they need. By providing them with Guided Reading Books, I can ensure, that like you, they have the necessary ingredients for a healthy meal...in literacy!
