Forty-two percent of our district's students have language related needs that affect their academic success, DL is a program that has proved to raise achievement in both English and Spanish speaking students. We are so excited to be part of this great change! Kindergarten students have two teachers. One teacher serves as the Spanish teacher and imparts Spanish and Science instruction. The second teacher serves as the Math and English teacher. The classroom has a mix of students, English-dominant and Spanish-dominant receiving instruction together.
