Some children need to move! There are several students in my class who are constantly in motion. They are shifting in their chairs, kneeling on their chairs or sometimes just standing up because they have a lot of pent-up energy. I am looking to add KORE chairs and stability balls so that my students can continue to learn and stay focused while exerting that nervous energy. My students are dynamic, so we need dynamic seating to match their personalities! I currently have two adult-sized stability balls in my classroom, one at my teacher desk and one at my small group reading table. I have been having students sit on them at points during instruction, and I have been seeing excellent results in focus and quality of work. I want to offer seating options that are more kid friendly in size. My class will benefit from this project!
