iPad Mini = SmartBoard Remote! My students belong to the generation of "digital natives". Most do not remember a time before iPads. They are easily bored with lectures and worksheets. I use our SmartBoard every day. With an iPad Mini as a remote for it, I will be able to move around the room and engage the students in the lesson. Many students have electronic devices, but most do not. If we had an iPad Mini designated for our class use, our problem would be solved. I am requesting the simple model that only uses WiFi, which is provided by our district. Your donation for my project will allow me to keep my students interested in our lessons, utilize our SmartBoard and desktop computer, and also promote leadership and confidence as students are allowed to take turns "running the show". Thank you for your consideration.
