The students of my school have a story to tell. Most have gone through more things than a typical adult in their whole life time. These are students in an underprivileged, high poverty area wanting more from life. Our school lacks resources and many students don't come with the school supplies they are asked to bring at the beginning of the year, leaving the classrooms like mine, the art classroom, hanging dry.
