We're hungry for more books! This year the kindergarten students at our charter school in NY went from reading level AA books to reading level C and D books! Over 80% of my students are reading on grade level. I have the honor now of teaching these same students again as we all move up to first grade. Reading workshop is one of our favorite times of the day when we read independently and talk about books with a partner.

About my class
