I teach Spanish I, IV and V. My students range from freshmen through seniors. I have some amazing students in class this year that really enjoy learning about the Spanish language and culture. Our school district has a very wide range of socio-economic groups. Many of my students in level one do not have access to the Internet at home. I want to be able to provide my students will the opportunity to use technology in my classroom. We currently have two computers in my class (mine and one for students). My students have learned to make due with our current resources, but I know they would be able to reach new levels of comprehension with the use of some computers in the classroom. I want my upper levels to have the opportunity to create a portfolio of their Spanish work and to be able to edit it online. I also want them to be able to access more current events and blog about what we are doing in class.
