My students are eager to learn, explore, and create in the world around them. It is my job to give them every opportunity to do so. Our students live in a small rural town in Oklahoma where resources can be slim. We are a Title I school, which means that a majority of our students are on free and reduced lunch and living in low-income households. A large population of our school consists of English language learners, too. These things combine together to create difficulty in finding funds for amazing resources, because unfortunately, amazing resources are typically expensive. The great thing about this town, the community, and the people here is that they band together when things need to happen. They want their students to have everything they'll need to be successful. This is where Donors Choose comes in!
