Student motivation is key to running a successful school. This motivation can come in many forms. This project will allow students to support students through the basic motivator of play! By setting up a game room that is lead by students, our school will be able to not only motivate more positive behaviors, but also teach responsibility and caring at the same time. This game room, including the table tennis set and easel, will not be a one and done sort of reinforcement tool. By not giving out "prizes" and focusing more on experience type rewards, our school will be able to impact a high number of students for years to come. Motivating and financially sound. As more funding is generated the game room will be able to grow and shape to meet even more students' needs. This game room project will have a positive daily influence on all staff and students, making TRE an even happier and more exciting place to get an education.
