Greetings, I work as a Resource Specialist in Durham, NC. I work with students who have mild to moderate learning disabilities and require modified academic instruction and support. In my classroom, we use high student interest content, technology, and tangible learning tools. Instruction is designed to focus on teaching to students' strengths. Learning is also designed to be fun, and interdisciplinary. I am always searching for new and innovative materials and strategies to help my students achieve in the classroom.
