I am a Title 1 school in California with diversified classrooms. My students are enthusiastic and love to try the yoga poses. Yoga practice helps with classroom management and is also excellent for special needs students. It improves behavior and learning for all students. Yoga helps children learn about their body and how it works. Children learn yoga by observation and imitation. There is a big need for yoga in education, it incorporates movement as an integrative method for learning. Mindfulness helps control energy and focus and concentration. It also teaches breathing techniques and poses that help the students think clearly. Yoga is a practice between body, breath and mind. Teachers are responsible for helping the students develop the habits of healthful living. It is crucial to develop the proper physical, mental, and emotional development of our children. Physical activity is essential for a healthy development
