Our school has a high level of needy students for various reasons. We have a very small corner that has mats on the floor for students when they need to calm down. Justin thought it would be better to have a private and more comfortable area that is more sensory-friendly for students who have Autism. He worked with the Autism specialist to come up with a room and some items that are appropriate for an area that will be suitable for students.

About my class
