Hello! Thank you for visiting my page! I am a Reading Specialist and I love helping students who struggle with reading. There are so many aspects to reading that most people do not even think about. Like with becoming a great baseball player or an accomplished pianist, reading takes practice. The practice of reading is easy for a few, hard work for most, and is painstaking for some; that is where I come in. I help struggling students with the five essential components of reading that include phonemic awareness, phonics (word study), fluency, comprehension, and vocabulary. We are a small, very diverse, low-socioeconomic population in central New Jersey and our resources are low, especially when requesting unique items that would help with differentiating instruction. Your donation would be very helpful with getting struggling readers on track!
