Our school is a Title I school that is committed to achieving excellence for every child, every day, at every opportunity. We offer our students an educational environment featuring all the components of a successful middle school for young adolescents. Our curriculum is fully aligned with state standards and taught by highly qualified and trained faculty. As a middle school, each grade level is broken into core teams that focus on academic rigor, integrated curriculum units, consistent expectations, and quality communication. Our school offers strong extracurricular programs, a lower teacher-to-student ratio advisory period, social and student services programs, and a model special education inclusion program. To further meet the needs and interests of our students, we provide exploratory programs such as eight full-year music classes based on performance groups, art and physical education for one hour each day.
