I strive for my students to be attentive, well-engaged learners who are always ready to succeed. Research proves that students require opportunities for frequent movement and comfort in their learning environment. As my students continue to develop, they are in need of flexible seating options that best support their individual learning needs. Having the saucer chairs, exercise balls, stability wobble cushions, and camping chairs will give my students the option of a developmentally appropriate seat to use. Providing flexible seating options will not only support their engagement and attentiveness, but will even support ownership over their learning in the classroom.
