My students are leaders! In fifth grade we focus on everyone contributing to our class in order for that the day may run more efficiently and effectively. No job is too small - they're all integral for our class' success. We work together as a team and help each other succeed. Together is better! But it's not just in our classroom where my students are leaders. In fifth grade we encourage students to look around the school to find opportunities to help out others. Just like in the classroom, no job is too insignificant! My dream is that these simple acts will help my students become contributing members of their community both now and in the future.
