My students come from different backgrounds. They are all very eager to learn math. Believe it or not, they love math. Maybe because I love it so much that they are starting to. We are in a low poverty school that needs all the help we can get. Some of these students come from families that are not supportive and caring. This is why, they have that support and love in my classroom. My classroom is there safe place to be.
