My classroom is a gifted-blended classroom, which means that we have gifted students and other high-achieving students in the room. We are constantly brainstorming new and exciting ideas to create a more exciting classroom experience. Several students came up with the idea of using black lights to display math problems and projects to help draw in other students. My students are constantly looking for new ideas and creating projects about which they are passionate. My school is dedicated to creating a new and involved learning environment. We have a community garden and we are constantly involving parents in science experiments and after school activities.
