My students strive with the tools they have. They come to school earlier than usual to get their homework done, stay in during recess, or spend after school in the classroom. They enjoy being in school and are very caring. My students are constantly encouraging each other to stay on task, try their best, and always be positive. We have a saying in class, "We are Superheroes! We can achieve anything we set our mind to!”
