In total we provide services for roughly 85 students within the greater population of the Central phoenix Area. Our students are drawn all across the WESD community and hail from a diverse range of cultural and ethnic backgrounds. These students cycle through our program for three years, beginning in the 6th grade and ending in the 8th. This allows for the development of strong sense of community within the program and affirms a commitment to the whole. Our program is designed to allow high achieving students to work closely with teachers in smaller class sizes, while also creating and fostering a sense of challenge and ownership. This allows for a wide variety of enrichment opportunities and real life applications of work, while also assuring that students develop a strong sense of autonomy when it come to their educational careers. We place a heavy emphasis on community, individual growth and the application of their skills to the real world.
