Our children are the example of perseverance and dedication. regardless of what happens around them they keep giving learning their all. We take them to higher levels and they let us guide them. They believe and trust us. They face many challenges as we have 91% poverty in our school. However, you would never know by walking through our classroom. They are engaged and happy to be here and most of all appreciative of their environment and learning. They hold doors and use their manners and remind you that homework needs to be passed out. They are eager to sit by the teacher to construct and explore together. They work in groups and build each other up and collaborate to find the best solutions to the task at hand. Our school provides a safe environment where they can be free to learn and be cared for. We reach out to the community and provide assistance to our families. Our students know that whether they are tackling a test or in need of a hug we are here for them.
