I am requesting a class set of headphones to help facilitate in student learning and growth. In our class we utilize multiple online resources to help students improve in reading and math. With the use of headphones, this will provide a great tool for differentiation within our classroom. Students will be able to expand their knowledge and growth, and enjoy learning at the same time. I have students with multiple levels and abilities. Not only will the headphones assist with lower leveled readers, but also with my higher level readers. Online resources linked to MAP can be overwhelming for my higher leveled learners. Additional headphones will provide an outlet where they can listen to the text, but still apply their content knowledge at a higher level.
