We are rural school in southern Arizona. Our population is about 70% Title 1 (Free and Reduced Lunch), out of our approximate 1,000 enrolled students. We are in our second year as a Leader in Me school, whereas our focus is "Growing Leaders, Kids First". The kids are caring, kind, and thankful for the learning experiences and opportunities that are offered to them. They are avid readers, whereas our site is the leader and model for other sites, for both words read and comprehension success rate.
