We have 530 wonderful elementary students in our school who need some poetry in their lives! Our library collection is old and small, and most of our library funds purchase nonfiction books to support the classroom curriculum and fiction books to get and keep our little readers interested. As a result, the poetry section of the library gets neglected. Our students love listening to poetry and they love reading it. We just need to give them access to more!

About my class
