My students are bubbly four year old's who come from many places around the globe, such as India, Iraq and Malaysia. For some of my student's they are first generation English speakers. My students are excited to come to school each day to learn reading, writing, and to use their imaginations to be creative in each of our daily literacy and math stations. My school is a Title 1 school, where 70-75% of students receive free or reduced lunch. There are currently 900 students on our campus in grades pre-K through 5th and we are an urban school.
