My students are capable and gifted at all ability levels. My students are eager learners! I want each student to develop their academic, social and physical skills - each of them deserve challenge and engagement for their unique abilites. I intend to meet my students where they are. Many of them come to school without basic supplies. So many of them learn with hands on/minds on activities. I have spent many hours copying games, begging and borrowing materials to supplement what they are learning in class. I have discovered that small group instruction, partner games and activities are so engaging and effective, but my students are without the supplies needed to meet our goals. We are on a path to success in our classroom, and the activities requested will support our goal of providing a strong foundation that will support them throughout their academic careers - they must begin their journey equipped and ready!
