The students in my classroom are curious and active. This school lends itself to gifted learners that require constant enrichment and movement. We are creating a classroom culture that encourages collaboration among students as well as the idea that one size doesn't fit all. Part of this process includes giving the students different areas to sit where they can be comfortable, because research shows that they will be more successful if they are comfortable. By providing a reading area, a MakerSpace, and other zones, students have many options.

About my class
