By providing a kinesthetic classroom, my students have the opportunity to learn while moving. Studies have shown that brain activity is much more significant after 20 minutes of physical activity. I want to increase concentration and focus attention before a student becomes too overwhelmed to cope. My job is to provide our special needs population with an outlet to calm down and regroup.
