This year will be unique because I am teaching 4th Grade and I am looping from 3rd with my students. I will have the same students from the previous year and these students are close knit and we consider ourselves a family. My students have daily struggles and obstacles, both at school and home. I teach in a Title One School in rural area of South Carolina. Our school and classroom motto is "Work hard, Dream Big, Smile Often, and Never Give Up." We use these words daily to stay motivated, reach goals, and uplift one another. It is important to me that my students succeed not only in my classroom, but in life. I want them to be successful human beings and know that I love them and I will always be there to support and encourage them.
