My school is such a welcoming place with only 350 students or so, its small and like a family. My students are such wonderful loving kids who want to do well, but sometimes can't. Each student is unique and beautiful inside and out. As an EC teacher, most of my students are at least 2 grades levels below. My students try extremely hard to complete their work and do their best.
