My favorite part of Reading was always having the opportunity to pick up a new book and get lost in the story. I want my students to experience this same love of reading! I believe choice is the most important part of creating readers. Students read at all levels and have varied interests. I want to provide my students with a not only a variety of genres but also books written in a variety of formats. This can mean chapter books, pictures, graphic novels and more! My students are so excited when I introduce them to new books and I want that to continue. Any support that you can provide is greatly appreciated by both myself and my students!

About my class
