STEM activities will be mailed to my students to keep the thirst for learning alive during these difficult times. In the STEM to Go box, students will receive multiple science and math activities that will engage the learning in the home setting. My students will build catapults using craft sticks rubber bands and ping pong balls as well as measuring the results. Students will learn the parts of plants and flowers by planting flower seeds and watching the growth process. Slime will teach the students about matter and polymers. We will make wind direction devices using clothespins and feathers. Multiple math games using cards and dice will keep my class sharp in their math skills.
