In Technology Class , we will be using robotics to introduce the students into computer science. Computer Science is fun, collaborative, and creative! It’s designed to inspire students to continue learning how technology improves real world relationships, connections, and life. Students will learn: • basic computer programming • higher-order thinking, logic and multi-step problem solving • creativity and perseverance Even the youngest students will be able to explore the limitless world of computing and robotics. . Computer science and robotics is a fantastic foundation for every student. Many kids love to play games and apps to program the robots. I would like to use Ozobots in my technology classes Ozobot is a small smart robot that is programmable through drawn lines and color codes. Our students will learn robotics and programming with a hands-on approach. Ozobot makes STEM/STEAM engaging and seamlessly supports lessons ranging from math and science to art and literature. Ozobot supports all skill and grade levels from K–5. Elementary students can start programming the Ozobot with markers and paper. After that, students advance by coding programs for Ozobot on a computer or tablet.
